Staff members are the hands and feet of this ministry by serving Jesus Christ by caring for His children. Position: Occupational Therapist  (OTR/L)

Department: Occupational Therapy

Position Status: Full time

Details: Special Kids is seeking to grow its team to meet the needs of the community. Four-five day a week position for licensed, registered occupational therapist position available. Experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome.

Department:  Prescribed Pediatric Skilled Nursing (PPSN)

Position Status: Seasonal

Details:  Special Kids is seeking a seasonal LPN or RN to work at our therapeutic summer day camp, Camp Ability of Special Kids.  Pediatric experience is preferred but not necessary.  Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily nursing assessments where needed, GT feedings, suctioning, administering medicines, having a knowledge of each child and responding in emergency situations and demonstrating support and leadership in achieving the mission of Special Kids.

Position:  Camp Counselor

Details:  Special Kids is seeking a seasonal Camp Counselor to work at our therapeutic summer day camp, Camp Ability of Special Kids.  Pediatric experience is preferred but not necessary.  Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assist and run activities of campers with fellow counselors within assigned groups, assure all rules and regulations are being followed and carried out to the highest possible care with parents, campers, and staff, have general knowledge of campers history and background for emergency situations and demonstrate support and leadership in achieving the mission of Special Kids.
